In the past 10 years as a lawyer, I have never worked with anyone as organized and thoughtful as Margaret. As President of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY), it has been my goal to develop best practices and an organizational structure to meet the demands of very busy attorneys who generously volunteer their time.

Margaret has been instrumental in assisting me with this endeavor. We have developed documents to better track the activities of AABANY's 21 committees, membership demographics of 1700 members on our listserv and bookkeeping for the organization.

Margaret is extremely detailed and organized but her thoughtful listening skills allow her to develop the best solution to a problem. For example, AABANY's Annual Dinner is our biggest fundraiser and in 2012, it was by far the most attended dinner in 23 years. It was Margaret's sole responsibility to keep track of the 50 sponsors and about 620 plus guests as well as about 30 volunteers. I can't tell you the volume of emails and changes which occurred during the week before the dinner. But, Margaret developed the most organized tracking system to ensure that all requests from the attendees were accurately captured. And, thanks to Margaret, no one or item fell through the cracks.
